Với lượng xe ra vào lớn, VIDIFI yêu cầu quản lý được các thông tin xe vào ra đơn vị nào? Chở loại hàng hóa gì? Hình thức là giao hàng hay nhận hàng? Thông tin CMND hoặc giấy phép lái xe và phải đăng ký thông tin. Các khách hàng thuê kho có thể đăng ký trước thông tin xe vào thông qua giao diện web và có thể tạo 1 cổng web cấp cho các đơn vị tài khoản để đăng ký thông tin xe vào làm việc. Mỗi lượt đăng ký có giá trị 1 lần.
Với nhiều năm kinh nghiệm triển khai hệ thống kiểm soát xe vào ra, Biển Bạc đã xây dựng hệ thống SPM bao gồm 10 làn xe trong đó có 6 làn xe tải, container chở hàng và xe ô tô, 2 làn xe máy tháng của cán bộ nhân viên Vidifi và 2 làn xe máy theo lượt. Phần mềm báo cáo, thống kê hoàn toàn đáp ứng yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư. Hiện tại SPM vẫn đang tiếp tục được sử dụng cho các dự án mở rộng tại kho hàng Vidifi Duyên Hải.
